We had
expected more for today’s walk, but only five of us turned up for it. It clashed with the U3A Christmas Meeting,
which may account for it. And sadly two
who had promised to walk today were unable to do so.
In addition
I forgot my camera. Thanks to Susan,
Dee and Anneke for coming to the rescue with their mobile phones. It is the first time I have used one to take
photos, and I am very impressed how good the results are.
We again had
excellent weather for this, our favourite, walk. We have had only average weather for our
Monday walks lately, but each Thursday has been bright and sunny.
It was the
first time that Susan, Dee and Anneke had done this walk, and it added greatly
to our enjoyment of the walk to see how much they appreciated it.
